SEC employ variety of methods for this. While we don't want to reveal our exact algorithms, we take as inputs the audio and video feeds of the candidate, whether the candidate is swtching away from the exam/test to a different tab/application etc.

At the end of the exam/test, our Artificial Intelligence (AI) system calculate the exam score base on all the evidence gathered. This trust scores factors in the frequency and duration of these malpractices. The AI system use the data of many of previous exam-takers and distinguish between an actual malpractice and an exam-taker who inadverterntly triggered a malpractice/violation.

Ones the time of an exam is set, candidate will not be able to access the exam before or after the schedule time and will not be able to submit ones the exam duration expires.

We are mindful of that because we access candidate's mic and camera for photo captures and and surveillance which by default are stored in our cloud storage which heavely secured with several security layers. Candidates data are then deleted after sending it to our protonised client.

Abolutely. It is user friendly. mart eam i deigned in a friendly manner to be used by any age group as far they can read. Little kids who may find it uneasy can be guided by a guardian who can read. We will not tag that as a violation/malpractice in such case but prior notice should be given us.

Yes abolutely. All you need is to charge your device battery before taking the exam. However it depend on the nature of candidate's battery for intance, if your battery drains fast then ensure you charge it full before taking the exam otherwise 50% charged battery is enough.
